Member Support Representative, Full-time

Department: Member Support

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Perform branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. (Account/loan servicing transaction processing or, new account servicing, new loan servicing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Responsible for establishing new member accounts, sell and service credit union products for phone-in members and providing excellent service. Minimum Qualifications: Maintain a working knowledge of the policies and procedures for credit union accounts, services and products. Call center experience highly preferred. Required to be flexible with Monday through Saturday operation. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience.

Regional Teller, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: East Region

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: Kaimuki

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrate commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting.

Mortgage Loan Officer, Full-time

Department: Mortgage Lending

Location: Varies and Flexible with Branches

Job Summary: To interview and counsel members about mortgage loans and to take mortgage loan applications. To establish and maintain business relationships with members, and to guide and follow their mortgage loans from application through loan closing. To build and maintain referral relationships with branches, realtors, builders and other sources of mortgage referral business. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years lending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have a thorough knowledge of lending in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Indirect Lending Specialist, Full-time

Department: Lending-Consumer

Location: Main Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the execution and administration of an indirect loan program within established policies, guidelines, budget and performance goals in support of the credit union’s strategic and business objectives. Maintain positive client and vendor relationships and operational support of indirect loan programs. Promote credit union products, services and business philosophies to establish a top-of-mind presence and recognition as a primary financial institution. Model a sales and service culture that strives toward “Building Lasting Relationships” through service excellence, technical expertise, professionalism and personal integrity. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of lending in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Teller, Full-time

Branch Manager, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: Kekaha (Kauai)

Job Summary: Responsible for the profitability, administration and supervision of branch sales and operations within established policies and guidelines. Create and foster a branch culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, relationship building, and staff professionalism. Lead and develop branch personnel to achieve sales goals and service level standards. Generate defined reports to track actual performance to defined sales and services goals, member satisfaction and new business development. Manages staff to ensure all branch operations are implemented according to company standards, policies and guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience required. Two years underwriting experience required. NMLS License required. Valid Hawai’i Driver’s License required and access to a motor vehicle.

Senior Programmer Analyst, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Under limited supervision, performs systems analyst activities and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. This position will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle from design, database modeling, development, testing, deployment and user training. This individual participates and provides technical guidance to analyst staff in the development, implementation and documentation of systems or in problem solving. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/ Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in systems analysis and/or programming; preferably with leadership responsibilities. Must have functional knowledge of information systems, SDLC, and proficiency in programming languages; including some familiarity with financial /business applications, lending applications, investment applications, sufficient to use and support on-line, interactive applications based on equipment ranging from large-scale minicomputers to application servers and microcomputers. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of officials, managers, clients, members, and the general public. Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally; and be understandable by management and peers. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Member Relations Officer, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: Main branch

Job Summary: Responsible for the direct supervision of the day-to-day member relations activities of the branch: opening new accounts, processing loan applications, completing loan signings, and account servicing tasks. Along with branch management team create branch sales strategies, implement plans, and measure progress to ensure the branch stays on target to achieve its annual growth, profitability, and member service goals. Create individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans in order to meet or exceed individual sales goals. Provide members with the highest level of member service, conducting member meetings and utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover members’ needs, offering them credit union products and services to meet their needs. Trains, supports and coaches staff in sales and service and lending processes and procedures to achieve both branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, sales, and member service. Work closely with the branch management team on SEG development, growth, and servicing. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. College degree (4-year); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year loan underwriting experience required. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. NMLS License required.
